Items arrived quickly, 1 item damaged which was swapped out with no fuss. Quality of items (wash mitts, towels, buckets) acceptable - not outstanding. drying towel left fluff all over the car. Haven't used any of the actual detailing products yet but have good reviews online. They smell lovely.
