“After deciding to upgrade my cartridge i started looking the internet for a dealer & after a long time I came across these guys. After having a chat with Gary & to confirm that I had made the right decision i proceeded to go ahead & purchase, the information that Gary gave me was the right one & the transformation in my hifi is literally day & night. The packaging & the delivery time was absolutely incredible as no sooner had i placed my order it was literally through the front door, so a massive thank you to all at Audio Emotion.”

“Discovered Audio Emotion Ltd when looking for UK retailers of ZMF Headphones. Quickly became addicted to the website and regularly checked back to look at the products. Purchased a pair of pre-owned headphones described as excellent condition. The item was dispatched the following day and received the day after. The headphones, for pre-owned, are fantastic condition, even the packaging looked new, the price was very good and appeared to be the cheapest I could find for that product. Very happy with the service on this occasion. Thank you.”

“This is my second interaction with the people at AE, on occasion hard tp pin down they are extremely busy which is a good sign. When you do manage to touch bade very knowledgable and extremeley helpful. Prime example I was after a pair of shure se846 that they had as a pre owned item. Without hesitation Gary reserved them for me and obtained the red inserts only available for gen 2 846's, thank you Gary. Then Marie (I think)tracked down.the tracking number for a delivery they instigated from the uk distributor of pro-ject so I could see when it was arriving. All items I ordered came very quickly and utilised responsible delivery services. Highly recommended.”

“This player arrived really well packaged and in pristine condition far exceeding my expectations and still with the original box. I was undecided as to what DAP Player to purchase but wanted one with high specification but would fit my budget. The only way I could afford one would be to look at the used market where I may find one to fit my needs but within my price range.
