“This is the 2nd time I've used AE to purchase hifi gear, and once again the service and advice given was outstanding. Gordon was very help with advice and guidance and with no feeling of pressure you was expected to make a purchase, initially enquired about an extra arm lift for my ta2000 arm but ended up swapping out my cartridge completely, and that was a damn good move 😀”

“I purchased a pair of Quad 2912 from Gary at Audio Emotion who was very helpful, informative and profession. The speakers were to be shipped to Spain where Marion took over and made sure the shipping was seamless. I had a minor issue due to the shipping where Marion stayed on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of with flying colors. I highly recommend Audio Emotion and would definitely purchase more equipment from them.”

“Big thanks to everyone at Audio Emotion once again. Truly 5 star service! Just bought a pair of Dali Oberon 5 speakers in light oak on special order. Really nice slightly smaller floor standers that look the part.Top quality build with top quality sound. First impression out of the box was wow-awesome, and some !!! Treble, mids and bass are all so crisp, clear and concise. Overall sound stage is suberb with lots of zest and punch. Cannot wait until these are fully run in, they just get better every day. Jazz, blues, rock, classical - nothing phased these speakers. A really sound purchase from a top notch high end audio retailer -highly recommend. A special thanks to Steve once again for all his help. Thanks!”

“I have been buying hifi gear for over 40yrs and in the last 4 years I have bought 4 items from Audio Emotion. Audio Emotion have bought 2 used amplifiers from me and given me large discounts on the amplifiers I have bought. They send couriers to pick up these large items and send the new equipment very quickly. When I have spoken on the phone the have been super helpful. They also have a large range of equipment, easily the best Audio company I have dealt with in 40 years. Karl Keeling Doncaster.”

“Very prompt answer to initial query about a feature of the device. Then an offer to check updates while installing the SSD. I'd had some difficulty pairing versions of the control app, which I then sorted. But I'm confident AE would have tried hard to resolve. Paperwork feels posh, delivery fast.”
