“Fyne f502t floorstanding speakers ordered, pre-owned, online, there was a little delay in getting packaging, as original boxes were not available, came on a pallet really well packaged. with the agreement I'd keep the packaging, so it could be collected, and reused, that's been overlooked so far. Speakers are immaculate, they sound magnificent too. Very pleased with the service, quality of product and attention to detail and communication, except the package retrieval!”

“I sought a fine Hifi shop and found one, I sought good sound reliable and Intelligent advice and found it, I sought trustworthy, knowledgeable non robots who I could have a conversation with, I sought a caring company who were as good as their word, I sought a Hifi establishment who would deliver when they say they would and thank me for my business. What did I find, I found a great company in Scotland called Audio Emotion and an enthusiastic fellow called Gary. Thank you, kindest regards Keith Sunasky.”

“Excellent service from Marion and Gary as I was unsure which loud speakers to go for Gary sorted out a lovely pair of tannoy Legacy eaten speakers which I was very delighted with couldn’t wish for a better service they go to the extra mile .”

“I ordered a second hand dac through the website, which has a great range of audio equipment and, as I knew what I wanted, I didn’t interact with staff. However, the item, which was ordered in the afternoon, was dispatched same day for next day delivery. It was very well packaged and unit was exactly as described, in excellent condition and with all accessories. Will no doubt use Audio Emotion again.”

“Outstanding service and excellent advice. As someone who lives a long distance from any 'serious' hifi shop, I rely heavily on the advice and understanding of dealers.
