“I made contact with Gordon at Audio Emotion as I wished to upgrade my Cayin Audio N8 to the N8ii digital audio player and unlike many UK hi fi retailers, Audio Emotion had one in stock. The next morning DPD delivered (so glad Audio Emotion use DPD as their delivery partner), the whole purchase experience was very easy and hassle free. I found Gordon very friendly & helpful and can thoroughly recommend Audio Emotion for any hi fi purchase.”

“I purchased a pair of Quad Electrostatic speaks and was surprised at the quick response from Gary along with him responding with the answers to all my questions within a very short time. “Fantastic....I brought my dad's turntable and some of his records from canada to England as he passed away I was searching for a company for it to be repaired as there was no one in my area able to take it on as it really needed a specialist...I emailed audio emotion and explained what had happened and they gladly took it on...Gordon from the company(Edinburgh) emailed me regularly as he knew the turntable ment alot to me as I told him my story he sent my a video with it working and I was so greatful...having the turntable back feels like I've got part of my dad back and I'm so greatful all I can say is thank you so much”

“I cannot recommend Audio Emotion highly enough. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well being competitive on price. When I experienced a problem with one of my purchases, they went above and beyond to sort it out, even though it was not their fault (special mention for Gordon). Having become a customer I don’t imagine I will shop anywhere else for my audio in future.”
