I even received a telephone call advising that the final item of my order would be arriving that day and asking if the proposed delivery day was convenient (it was). “Ordered aused preamp from Aidio Emotion. Was very hesitant to buy over seas, but.. these guys are superb!!! Item was better than described, looks brand new, packed extremely well, even manual and original boxes looked new. Item arrived from England in only three days and preamp works flawlessly. Exceptional company!”

“Hi Audio Emotion, It had always been my intention to let you know what I thought of the Ever Solo Z6 dac but I always try to avoid making early comments until I have used the equipment for at least a couple of weeks. Having said that I will admit from the moment I turned the Z7 Dac on and heard the silence I was impressed it seemed like the music was coming from nowhere. The sound was clear with instruments seeming to have their own space and there is no doubt this is the best dac I have ever purchased. Things I am not really impressed with are the frontal display I have not messed about with it so this comment is referring only to the sound level display which I think is awful and largely pointless. To be honest I am not a fan of displays and I bought the Z6 Dac based on the many reviews I have read. The dac sounds wonderful and has greatly enhanced my listening pleasure. Many thanks for the opportunity to give my thoughts on this excellent Dac.”

“Audio Emotion has gone above and beyond for me, from providing great black friday deals to stellar after-sale support. They have always been willing to listen and try to solve my issues with the utmost concern. When Puritan Audio consistently failed to provide me with the necessary parts for my ground masters, Gary arranged for me to receive them from a third party, ongoing issues with this order are not Audio Emotions fault but fully Puritan Audios' fault. When I complained of a persistent problem with my amplifier, after testing and sending me the demo unit which showed I must have some problem with the mains power, they actually arranged for a new unit to be delivered to me from the manufacturer, as newer units seem to display the problem less, that's just some incredible customer care. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and personally plan to continue making my Audiophile purchases from them (if only they would also sell old stock vacuum tubes, then I really wouldn't have to go anywhere else for my addiction).”

“I ordered a relatively expensive pair of Hifiman headphones which came directly from China, but unfortunately when it arrived one side of the headphones wasn't working, but thankfully AudioEmotion had ordered more than one pair. I contacted Marion from AudioEmotion who was absolutely brilliant and swiftly arranged a replacement with no hassle at all. Gary from AudioEmotion is the person who I negotiated my part exchange deal with and he was very fair with my part exchange price, where often other dealers will try to offer ridiculously low figures so they can make large gains when they sell it. I am really happy with my experience of AudioEmotion and notably Gary and Marion who provide great customer service, and I will definitely return to do further business with them in the future. Highly recommended company with full marks from me.”

“I have bought a few products from Audio Emotion over the years but this Eversolo dmp-a6 has to be one of the best value and sounds amazing only had it setup for a couple of days but am hearing instruments that I haven't heard before on so many tracks been playing ABC - Lexicon of Love Steven Wilson remix on Qobuz the soundstage is so wide and so clear also I have a lot of trance Dj sets the ones that I have played so far have been a revelation I just can't praise this streamer enough. It does have a few niggles but they will be fixed with the regular updates”
