Fantastic....I brought my dad's turntable and some of his records from canada to England as he passed away I was searching for a company for it to be repaired as there was no one in my area able to take it on as it really needed a specialist...I emailed audio emotion and explained what had happened and they gladly took it on...Gordon from the company(Edinburgh) emailed me regularly as he knew the turntable ment alot to me as I told him my story he sent my a video with it working and I was so greatful...having the turntable back feels like I've got part of my dad back and I'm so greatful all I can say is thank you so much
