I really want to give a better review, but I have not actially gotten my order yet. I ordered on August 12th and my order has yet to ship and it is September 2nd. I know COVID has slowed things down a lot and I understand that, but I keep getting emails to review my items and the company and I really wish I could actually review them, but I can't, cause I don't have them. I have also only received one communication from attitude clothing in this time about the status, and there has been no communication on the page or order page about delays. Again I know the current climate effects orders, but some communication would be good.

i received my goods but unfortunately my yellow dye had popped in transit to me. everything else was perfect and luckily i only needed a little bit of yellow to do my hair. they were fast with delivery and great priced just unfortunately the one bottle of dye didnt make it here safely.

My item came within good time, however the item didn’t fit so I’m in the process of returning it. Initially, the customer service was good when I asked about when I’d expect the item. However when asking about how to make a return, the customer service responses were vague, and I’m still waiting for a response after submitting another request to make a return. The only reason why I’m asking how to return the item is because I don’t have the option to on my account as it says the item is still awaiting dispatch, despite having already been delivered.

Items missing and error on the amount refunded, but error corrected quickly after I sent an email. Fast shipping and good quality products.

I ordered the boots since they were available on the website. THEN.....I got the dreaded out of stock notice and they arrived a couple of MONTHS later. :D We are glad we got them but not everyone has that amount of time or patience.

Attitude themselves were ok, didn’t reply to an email I had tho, but the product was awful , washed out in one wash I know is it semi permanent but that takes the mick

Cardigan took ages to arrive. Had to chase it up when it still hadn’t got to me after two weeks. Only to be told it hadn’t actually been dispatched (despite me receiving a dispatch note) due to glitch in the system. The order was put through again and arrived the next day. I probably would not order from here again.

I loved everything except the triple moon goddess shelf which arrived broken:( I paid extra for shipping and so I thought it would be very carefully wrapped yet it was still broken.

Delivery was prompt and price very good but the product I bought was a pink hair dye that didn’t work. All instructions followed but no colour change happened. Would not buy this again.

Thank you for the review, all the hair dye we offer is temporary or semi permanent and if the instructions are followed will usually last as advertised.

Parcel tracking would have been a good feature to have. Parcel was one day later than expected delivery but that’s not a big deal to me anyways. Overall the products were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The colour range of hair dye is to die for I couldn’t pick what I one I wanted lol!!

Item wasn't as shown in picture but the fabric seems good quality. When questioned about the changes, customer service have said that minor changes happen sometimes. I have been offered to return the item within 60 days.

I love your stuff but I was sold something that was out of stock and wasn’t informed until two days after purchase, it was a present and obviously I had to replace with a different style that came after said occasion.

The item I bought was good quality, but it wasn't the same as the photo on the website, despite still loving my item anyway I felt cheated and mislead to believe that the item would be the same as the photo - which it wasn't.

Itema arrived quickly. However despite sending my unwanted goods back the day they were received, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been about 12 days now. Normally I wouldn't mind but I'm owed over £100 in this instance. Also the website advertises free returns heavily but in the small print you realise this only applies to items returned for store credit, which is deliberately misleading to the customer.

Hi Harley, Thanks you for your review. After having checked our records I can confirm that your return was received/processed on Monday 16th July and your refund is scheduled to be issued this afternoon (Monday 23rd July). As stated in our Returns & Exchanges information, we try and refund within a few days but sometimes this can take longer during busy periods (such as our Summer Sale), for which we apologise. We’re also very sorry to hear that you find our Free UK Returns promotion “deliberately misleading” but would like to take this opportunity to respond… We do have a small banner at the top right of our website advertising ‘Free UK Returns Available’. As we’re unable to display all the relevant T&C’s due to space limitations, we request that customers ‘Click For Details’. On the subsequent page we make it explicit that this service is only available for customers returning goods for either store credit or exchange and that goods returned for a refund (unless faulty) will incur a £3 charge if our pre-paid postage label is used. Far from this being in “small print” this is in bold type and the same size font as the rest of the text on the page. Kind regards Attitude Clothing Co.
