“Great service and nicely package parcel. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is I paid for next day delivery which came a day later. So will order earlier in the day next time. There must be a cut off time which I missed.”

I’ve taken a look at your order and can see that whilst your order was placed at 5.40pm, unfortunately we didn’t receive payment confirmation from PayPal until after 6pm which is our cut-off time for Guaranteed Next Day delivery. “in the past I could never get the items I ordered, but now I feel the site has changed and now I recently ordered a top that says you messed with the wrong witch. and it came quickly. so I recommend this site as it is full of really cool stuff, and I will be ordering from there again soon.”

“Fast delivery. Good gears. If I can complain about something it was the ability to track the goods when DB Shenker got it. DB Shenker might be cheap, but they are the worst carrier in Sweden :) But when I asked you guys you help me fast so that makes up for Shenker :)”

Thanks for your review, we use a company called trakpak who use local courier companies. However, we do offer a premium delivery service which is quicker than our standard and is sent via UPS. Any queries, our customer service team is always happy to help.
