“I had to send something back to exchange for another size and had some trouble with royal mail. They didn't give me a receipt when picking up the return and the postman didn't seem to know how to collect. I contacted attitude to let them know I had sent it but that I was worried it was going to get lost and they were so helpful keeping me informed about any movement of my parcel that they could see from their side via email and even phoning me at one point.When it arrived I received an email quickly about my refund. Perfect customer service”

“Order Reference: 390422 - I never received this order - Royal Mail notified me that the parcel had been sent back to you. I did contact Customer service on 7 October to ask for a refund or for the parcel to be re-sent to a different address (I am moving house tomorrow) and I received no reply.”

“This was my first order from Attitude Clothing and it won't be my last. I'm housebound due to poor health so do all shopping online so it's important to have a good experience which this. The website is easy to navigate. The product I ordered was well priced, it arrived in a timely manner, very well packaged and I'm so happy happy with it. Highly recommend.”
