“- Ordered on April 29th - May 6th (a full week of hearing no update) I send an email to understand what's happening - No response to email until after the order is finally dispatched on May 12th - The reply was useless with no new information. - Why did I pay £6 for delivery that took 3 weeks to get to me? Will never order from you again.”

“Magic Shadow,Lunar Tides,the dye is really pretty and everything. It faded really really fast,i mean i myself have light brown hair so thats why it couldnt even look that blue,but you actually almost couldnt even see the difference. Now 2 weeks after you cant see anything anymore :(”

“Item ordered 21 April with 3-5 days delivery date. No communication received that this was not achievable. Messaged customer service, no response for a week. Phoned customer service, told item is stuck in customs. If ordering from a UK seller I expect the item to be in the country. I could have bought the same item much cheaper from a European seller! Still awaiting item that cost £150 and was intended as a birthday present”

“Awful. Very slow delivery, slow or no responses to emails. Received an auto-sent email asking me to review before I’d even had a dispatch email! Item arrived and was faulty. Return was easy enough, but again, no response to email about the item or query about replacement. Would not use again.”

“Very good quality clothing. I bought a box in this box were clothes far in excess of the cost (I’m not saying which price) of the items, the only problem was we received quite a few items we had already got, which although was a shame, in the companies defence, they did not have much more in stock! But, my wife was happy that she got a few items she already had again as she was that pleased with them and the quality of them. So 5 stars from us.”

“The belt was lovely, delivery of the item was a bit slow. Bought it for a gig and luckily received it only 1 hour before we left how house. Was on the later end of advisory delivery time frame.”

“The products are wonderful, love them! But the package came 2 weeks later because of Romanian post and Easter and my phone number wasn't on it. Thank god the courier got me when i was home. I would rather pay a little more and order a courier.”
