“I put my order in back in August and despite putting my address in correctly, it was shipped to an entirely different country. It’s now been 3 months of me trying to reach out about it and I’ve heard nothing back. I guess I’m just out the $200 I spent. Thanks for nothing, attitude!”

“even tho my hair was bleached well, the colour did not turn out the way i expected. pretty purple ! it was just a little lighter than what i thought. the pots are also very small so even with three i was struggling to get enough.”

“Ordered some shoes but a, wasn't sure on size due to having ridiculous feet and b, wasn't sure between these and one other pair. They arrived and they were beautiful I knew they were for me but returned to buy a different size, Attitude were quick and easy to return and refund and I now have some amazing new shoes 😍”

“Clothing arrived on time, company unresponsive. Don't expect a reply for questions about orders. Had to pay half the price for the order on top of what I already paid to accept the package. Overall not good”

“Мне прислали не тот размер. Дтлжны были 8,пр слали 11. Не знаю,как будет решаться ситуация дальше,поменяют ли его на првильный или вернут деньги,но ситуация не приятная. Очень ждала обувь,и очень огорчена,что получила не то,что хотела”

Thank you for your review, which states we sent you the wrong size. Pease be aware the sizes on the boot are US sizes (as the brand is from the US). As we are based in the UK we advertise the shoes as UK sizes. This is clearly stated on our site, please try the shoes on as if it was UK size 8 you wanted, that is what you have received as a UK8 is a US11.
