“I was confused first for payment, but i solwed it on my onw (used 10 min to think) and realised that it is easy and fast! I got the products that i ordered SUPER fast! 8D I though i live in another country in Europe. I totally recommend to my friends!”

“Had no trouble doing buisness as always. My items came in the right sizes in their fabulous condition and even though I didn't pay for next day delivery they came next day. I love your prompt delivery time.”

The vast majority of our express delivery orders do arrive next day, but we also offer the guaranteed service for those orders that absolutely have to be there on time. The guaranteed service has a cut off every weekday night of 6pm. Thank you for your review, it is great to hear such positive comments from a regular customer.

We are sorry that you had not received your boots at the time of your review. Upon checking our records I can see that you ordered Pleaser boots which do state 5-7 days for delivery, as they are sent by a third party stockist. As you are based in Ibiza and chose the road delivery option your delivery will have taken a little longer than normal, I can see your boots have now safely arrived and hopefully you are happy with them.

If it is in stock on our site we ship immediately, which is why our service is so fast. Be aware that some competitor sites offer this brand without carrying stock (but not mentioning this), often leading to long delays.

Many of our European customers receive their orders within a couple of days using the express services offered UPS. We also offer a 2 day service to most addresses in the US.

Thanks for sending in your review. It is great to hear you found our site easy to use, our new site is bang up to date meaning really quick and easy navigation. All orders are always shipped complete*. If you can order it on our site, it means we have it in stock (unlike some competitor sites who accept orders for items they do not have in stock) this means you always get the full order in one package. *With the exception of some footwear that is shipped direct by a third party supplier.

“Excellent communication and speedy delivery. The only thing I would say is that the picture of the dress wasn't true to colour. The picture was a more vibrant blue so my daughter was a bit disappointed. Still a gorgeous garment though.”

Whilst every effort is made to show the colors as true as possible on the site unfortunately there will sometimes be a difference due to various factors. Of course if you are not happy you are welcome to return the item using our free (U.K) returns service. It is worth noting that whilst we do acknowledge this issue it is very rare that we get a return due to color difference.
