“item itself was good, but i paid extra for next-day shipping and didn’t receive that. i was told it was my fault (as i added a safe place for delivery) despite the fact that it was due to arrive by 6pm and it wasn’t even in my country by 4pm so there was no way it would have arrived even if i hadn’t added a safe place.”

“Terrible. Item arrived faulty and had to request a refund. Was told i can have everything BUT a full refund. Had to specifically request a full refund even though it states on website. Took 4 emails to actually get the address to send to, refund details AND delivery note. Terrible company, will not use again”

“I bought the sphinx leggings going by the size guide and got XL. They turned up and didn't fit, WAY too small. I'm a size 14 bottoms and this was more for like a size 10! I ended up giving them to a friend instead and re-ordered in the largest size XXL. Lo and behold these don't fit either!!! Whilst the waist fits, the legs are so tight I can barely move them up! I get them on (just about!) But they're really tight around my legs that I can't really sit properly! Absolutely gutted as I love the leggings but now I'm gonna have to send these back for a refund. I'll not be buying leggings from AC again.”
