“The items I bought are very beautiful and they sent everything without any mistake. Thank you for the review. We shipped your order the same day and it was in your city (Buenos Aires) within 3 days. Unfortunately the actual delivery to you was delayed due to a customs hold up. It is great to hear this was sorted out quickly and you now have your order.

Thanks for your review. As you opted for standard delivery, this service can take up to 5 working days to arrive. I can see from our records your order was placed on 1st October, despatched on the 3rd and delivered on the 5th - well within the quoted timeframe. If you do need your order in a hurry we offer both Express & Guaranteed Next Day options as well. : )
