“Great clothing, packaged really well and a prompt delivery”

“Replies to emails was good but at times communication could have been better. Wanted a faulty item replaced but there was a slight delay in replies and could have worked better to get me a replacement or even refund. Order was updated on 25th February and promised to give a refund. You usually get an email telling you that you have received this and that was two weeks ago. Surely you would issue a refund on the same day or within 24 hours?”

“Attitude Clothing has always been great - amazing quality items at pretty neat prices... made even better when they have sales on! Dispatch time is also brilliant which is important to me personally, nothing worse than ordering items and having to wait weeks until you get your stuff! But with attitude it literally takes a day or two. Very happy dealing with them for my spooky and gothy house decs and clothing!”

“Bought a belt and it didn’t fit - however when I went onto my account to return it said I had never made any orders. I followed the contact link to try and find out how to return and no one has ever got back to me. Really poor service unfortunately”
