“Die Sachen die ich bisher bestellt habe - sind wie abgebildet und in einwandfreiem Zustand, die wäre ist gut Verpackt und der Versand nach Deutschland ging sehr schnell! mit Rücksendung habe ich noch keine Erfahrung, brauchte ich ja auch nicht da alles Ok ist! :-)”

“I received a wrong item (their mistake, got size XS/S instead of M/L) and they don't have the right size in stock anymore. Now I have to pay the return postage to get money back for the wrong item. So I won't get my whole order... but I get to pay postage for nothing. :( Another little detail: an item described as "army wool coat" contained 0% wool. My advice: read the small print in the item descriptions and simply don't order from outside UK! (Only UK returns are free.)”

“Fast shipping, nice item, but unfortunately never received a tracking number. Which is a pity, as international shipments are sometimes late or lost. With a tracking number this would be more save and customer friendly.”
