“i received my goods but unfortunately my yellow dye had popped in transit to me. everything else was perfect and luckily i only needed a little bit of yellow to do my hair. they were fast with delivery and great priced just unfortunately the one bottle of dye didnt make it here safely.”

“My item came within good time, however the item didn’t fit so I’m in the process of returning it. Initially, the customer service was good when I asked about when I’d expect the item. However when asking about how to make a return, the customer service responses were vague, and I’m still waiting for a response after submitting another request to make a return. The only reason why I’m asking how to return the item is because I don’t have the option to on my account as it says the item is still awaiting dispatch, despite having already been delivered.”
