Atlantis offer great customer service. In trying to find and order my item, I emailed for info and received a response within 24 hours. An order was laced and the item was processed and dispatched swiftly. I only removed 1 star because DPD - the courier used - failed to deliver the item to my address. I received the usual 'customer not available' email from DPD, which wasn't the case because I work from home and have my desk positioned about 4 meters from my front door. DPD need to try harder or Atlantis needs to switch their courier firm.
