“Excellent customer service. I was sent the wrong bag in error and when I contacted Assots, Anthony told me he would send out the correct item by next day delivery and to just return the wrong item. My new backpack did indeed arrive the next day! Love my new backpack, it’s a lovely leather and an ideal size”
