“These are excellent quality doors. Perfect finish and the fitting and adjustment couldn't be easier. There is infinite adjustment so the doors sit together perfectly. They look great and operate smoothly making them a pleasure to own and have purchased at a comparatively economic price. The team at Aspire are very helpful. They listen and deal with any questions you may have very effectively. You can gather we couldn't be happier. SNWarnes. Tadcaster.”

“I am still waiting for an invoice after contacting the company on 2 occasions, therefore my opinion at the moment is very poor This issue was resolved very quickly and with exceptional customer service, We do intend to use this company again.”

“We were extremely impressed by the excellent customer service; we mistakenly ordered doors which were too big for us to use and Josh organised for the doors to be collected and we were given a full refund less a very fair handling delivery/collection charge. Thank you. We will definitely recommend Aspire Doors as being highly reputable.”

“I found the doors good quality and ordering and delivery were well organised, but I had to cut frame to size after joining 2 pieces together and I cut the frame to the exact size stated , after fitting the doors there wasn't enough room for them to shut so I had to alter frame which wasn't easy at this stage. I was also short of screws . It would be easier if frame was cut to size on manufacturing as joining 2 pieces together gave a poor effect for about 10 inches which it was short . They look well fitted but there is slot to do on installation”

“Delivery was well scheduled and driver was pleasant and helpful. The bifold door is very well made and great value for money. Installation instructions are a little tricky to follow and need to be read a couple of times. I made a mistake fixing some hinges which meant I damaged some of the weather seals however Aspire sent out replacements with no problems or charge (despite it being my mistake). All in all very happy with my purchase, thanks very much.”

“Delighted with internal bifolds purchased. There was an issue where the courier got stuck in traffic to deliver and both Aspire Doors and the courier were great in getting. It sorted.”

“Company delivered the wrong doors initially, got the correct ones delivered which was great service however, the measurements provided for brick work opening were completely wrong leaving us with the wrong opening.”

Hi Michala, We are very sorry you were unhappy with your experience with us, despite resolving the incorrect item by swapping the doors over the very same day. That said, all door set and required brickwork opening measurements specified on our site are correct to the millimetre, including tolerances for installation, hardware and adjustment after fitting. Given this and the fact that no previous customer has ever had problems with any of our dimensions, the only feasible cause for this issue is the installation by your tradesman, which we cannot be held responsible for. “i ordered a 3mtr set of doors and recived delivery two days later. thats a delivery service for you . phoned them up over a minor quirey and was sorted out within a few minutes. the instructions are fairly stright forward to fit the doors and frame, follow them and you cannot go too astray. there is ample adjustment on the hinges and rollers, but just take your time alittle bit here and a little bit there and your done. all in all good value doors very pleased with the product, service, and delivery.”

“Once ordered, everything went smoothly, and delivery was actually quicker than advertised which is most appreciated thank you. For me, what would have turned good into excellent, would be a smoother process when something is out of stock. It would have been great if you had put me on a waiting list then updated me, rather than me phoning you about 6 times, as the builder was chasing me.”

“First of all the set of unfinished bi-fold doors which I bought for fitting in a customer's new extension work very well and went in relatively easily. Delivery was great too. I had a phone call from them to inform me of the delivery date and was told that the driver would confirm a time the evening before. As it happened there was a slight mix up and the doors were delivered a day early but that all worked out fine and the driver was friendly and helpful. The only less than positive comment that I would make, and I'm a carpenter so know what I'm doing, the instructions had all the right information but not necessarily in the right order! I had to search through to find the information I needed at times.”
