“We ordered 2 sets of doors for delivery to France, which arrived on schedule and at an extremely competitive price. Upon arrival we discovered that we'd ordered one door set incorrectly (completely our fault). Josh and the team worked tirelessly not only to arrange the delivery of a new, correct set but also the return of the incorrect doors which seeing as we are in France was a real logistical challenge. The team at Aspire Doors continued to give great post-sales service and were always happy to speak to us despite me being a nightmare customer. Now that everything has been sorted we are very happy with the quality of the doors and how easy they were to install. Many thanks to all! Would absolutely recommend.”

“The frame you sent had the rebate cut out for the top and bottom bolt for a 100mm plate with a large hole to take the bolts, you also sent two tiny catches, that didn’t fit the holes. So we had to fill the cut outs due to time scales”

Hi Tracy, We're sorry to hear that our couriers weren't able to get through to you prior to delivery. As mentioned during our phone call today, they did try to call you the day before to book in delivery with you, but weren't able to get an answer. They decided to attempt delivery anyway with the hope that you might be in, calling again that morning and this time leaving a voicemail to notify you that they were on their way. While we regret your frustration at not receiving direct contact before your order arrived, our couriers were simply trying to get you your new doors as soon as possible, while attempting to contact you on the provided phone number which it unfortunately seems you are not always available on. “Instructions were a bit vague but common sense shone through as they were an easy fit. They look great and even though I was on my own and the doors were heavy they went into the hinges first time with no drama. Question is would I buy them again -yes.”

Hi Belinda, As was explained at the time, another customer also placed an order overnight for the same product. As we had one item left in stock and their order was placed before yours, we are obliged to fulfill the earliest order. Like the vast majority of businesses, our new orders are not monitored throughout the night, they are entered into the system the next day and the available online products are adjusted accordingly. We contacted you first thing the following morning to make you aware of the issue, and refunded you immediately. As you placed your order just after 9pm and we called you just after 9am, you were notified and refunded inside 12 hours, despite the fact that your order was made over night. While we obviously regret the mutual disappointment that you weren't able to buy a product from us, we do not believe that the accurate details of this situation warrant a 1 star review of our company. “Communication very good and helpful. Very fast delivery, 4 working days. WIsh there was more technical information and drawings of the door available before the order is placed as the threshold is quite deep. Also a shame it doesnt come in primed wood (3.6m folding) as an option. I would have also paid extra to have the final colour factory finished but this isnt available”

“I ordered doors, a lot cheaper than anywhere else I came across, it said upto 5 working days delivery...Then to my amazement, there was a knock at the door less than 24hrs later and a very nice gentleman said delivery ,doors... Could not have been more shocked or pleased and I also live at least 100 miles away from aspire. Not hung the doors yet, but look good quality, as good as others at higher price. Very pleased????”

Hi Petra, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The two single internal doors that you bought from us don't actually have a specific front or back; there's no beading or machining that requires the doors to be hung facing a certain way.
