“Excellent service and the plants were in superb condition when they arrived. We ordered hellebores in the sale but we were going away for a week so we’re concerned about delivery. However we had a rapid response from customer service saying it was no problem to delay delivery.”

“First order disappeared within the bowels of David Austin's courier's processing department. No communication, explanation or apology - just silence. Having then spoken with David Ailustin I was advised someone would call me back to let me know their proposed solution. No call was received but an email arrived simply saying a replacement would be issued - no comment about the disappeared first order. Email from Evri said it was at their depot and I would be advised when delivered would be made. Today the plant was delivered following which an email arrived from Evri advising it was out for delivery. So, all ended well spart from the bare root plant arriving two weeks later than planned and late in the shadow for planting. I would strongly advise David Austin to source a more reliable courier before their reputation is damaged by association.”
