“We had a problem when the engineer left but I rang the number and the engineer returned and repaired it. The floor to ceiling pole was also loose but other than that we are very pleased with the shower.”

“Having written a 1* review prior to having our shower unit fitted, I feel that perhaps this was a little unfair - yes, there were things not as they should have been, and I hope the company will try to improve inter-departmental communications. Now the unit has been fitted, I can say that the fitter, on his own, did a marvellous job of extracating our old bath, with the minimum of effort. The fitting of the shower unit (apparently) went very well, and we are very pleased with the result.”

“Installation carried out quickly and efficiently apart from 4 tiles being broken. Discount granted. Slight noise when turning cold tap on wash basin but assured air in pipes. All staff polite and helpful.”

“Delivery men and fitters extremely helpful and polite. I was very surprised with the noise of the pump I was not expecting or told about that until i was been shown how shower worked.. There were a few problems when fitters arrived mainly due to lack of information from salesman experienced fitters were able to sort most of them..”

Sometimes it is only possible to see how good a company is by how they deal with a problem. Aquability understood the problem and did everything they could to put it right in a timely way. “The shower works well and looks good. My only criticism is that the installer didn’t ask me where I wanted the grab rail and it’s slightly too low. Other than that it’s great.”

“Contacted Aquability re having a walk in bath with shower - couple of months later 'Simon' installed it for us , here for the day / very efficient... pleased with the outcome, very tidy workmanship . After initial sales visit , we had to make a couple of calls to Head Office after 6 weeks as not exactly pro active with coming back to us with updates when date for installation be happening but understood waiting for a 'part'...will recommend Aquability to friends in the future.”
