“We had a few issues with the shower pump during the time of installation but it was sorted out when we came back from holiday and now looks great.”

“The installation of the shower was completed in one day as promised by a lovely young man called Marc. He needed a couple of panels to hide some missing tiles where my old bath was but they sent someone out straight away who has ordered them for me.”

“The shower is wonderful. It has given me the independence I needed. There was one slight issue that the top cover was cut slightly too short. The company offered to replace it but I’m happy to leave it.”

“We had a shower installed along with a basin and toilet. The shower was fine but we did have some issues with the basin and toilet. The toilet had a leak on it and wasn’t secured correctly and the tiles behind the basin were left cracked and the pipe work untidy. I made a complaint and the inspector came to see us. He temporarily fixed the toilet and assured me that they would rectify the other issues. Almost immediately an engineer came down and completely transformed the look of it. He tiled the floor and built new boxings around the basin and toilet. I’m absolutely thrilled with the finish now.”

“Not happy with my shower had a musty smell since had it but it got so bad know even in my bedroom as next to bathroom had Plummer out to check airing cupboard as thought it was there I think it to do with shower could be leaking behind it paid over £7000 thousand for it cannot afford to keep getting Plummer out phoned company up but don't want to do anything not happy with company they just take your money and run would not recommend to any one”

“We had a problem when the engineer left but I rang the number and the engineer returned and repaired it. The floor to ceiling pole was also loose but other than that we are very pleased with the shower.”
