“I was very pleased with my purchases. The Revlon uniq one and body lotion were much cheaper than elsewhere. Also the £1 lucky box was a lovely surprise as so many lovely items, they tasted great even though sell by dates had passed for some items.”

“After almost 2 weeks from ordering I eventually received my delivery. One box contained bottles, one of which was broken, with glass everywhere, causing cuts to my hands. The other items were covered in some kind of gunge which I can only assume leaked from a carton of coconut milk which was squashed. Some of the items in the other box were ok, but others werere stale, especially the nuts, so had to be binned. I used to be a regular customer, but this will be my last purchase as this was definitely not money well spent, very disappointing and a two week wait is just ridiculous.”

“Good choice of products, website can be slow and clunky, delivery is now slower than previous i expect due to the popularity and expect 6/7 days for arrival for point of order. Still a good site and when i have had to contact customer service swift resolution was provided. Latest delivery was superbly packaged and a vast improvement of previous 'heavy' delivery boxes, hence no damages. will continue to use”

“After using Approved foods for many years, I now find it disappointing in the lack of choice especially in pet foods. Approved foods appears to have gone more 'up market' and lost some of its original intentions, ever since the site has been upgraded in style. I will continue to look and purchase, but find it increasingly difficult to find what I want to purchase.”
