“The order came very quickly. Although i struggled to order alot. I wish the good deals stayed longer so you could order over a space of time when i tried this some of what I'd put in my order didn't stay as the feels change over time”

“Very happy with all the products. They are exactly what they display. I would have given them a 5 star but was confused about a fee they charged me which didn't make sense. The postage should have been free because I was over the amount for free postage. The charge wasn't explained what it was for, so a little confusing.”

Hi Ms Begum, the free shipping applies to a 1 box order to a UK Mainland address. Orders that exceed 1 box or are outside of UK Mainland receive a £5.99 reduction in the shipping cost. “I have ordered twice so far. Both times I have saved a great deal of money and the product are great. My only slight disappointment has been the contents of the lucky boxes. Mainly the £10 one that you but for £2.”

“It's worth checking Approved Food's site every so often simply because you never know what might turn up. It's not the sort of place where you could do a regular grocery shop, but it turns up some interesting and surprising items. I'm certainly happy with getting hold of a good stock of Earl Grey tea and definitely happy with the cheap bottle of Courvoisier!”

“I quite enjoyed unpacking my box and was I was pleasantly surprised by the £2.00 'surprise box'- I thought the selection of items was relatively intuitive- well selected. Maybe only a couple of things I might not have chosen- eg a can of fruit- because I tend not to buy canned goods. But I knew who I could give the things I couldn't use to. I think AF has kind of inspired me to try products I wouldn't normally buy though. I thought the quality of the goods was good and carefully packaged which helped me to feel comfortable to enjoy my purchases. I was pleased that I was kept informed about my order from the moment my order was confirmed especially with it being my first order. And although I had a bit of a delivery issue I was pleased to be able to communicate with AF via email and phone all the way through. Dean did his best to help and I was grateful for that. DCM”
