“Great deals on multibuys and some brands/goods not easily available in shops. Takes forever to order tho as u have so much stock! Partly my own fault, I like to go through it all for new bargains. I do wish you could source more pet supplies and food.”

“Good to know we're using groceries that may have been thrown away otherwise. Convenient delivery and well packaged, however: we couldn't select a specific time for delivery and the boxes were full of those very annoying polystyrene Wotsits that get everywhere when you try to unpack!”

“I recently made a purchase and had a £10 voucher to spend, it wouldn't take the voucher at the checkout. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic and credited my account with the amount instead. They are always excellent and anytime I have had an issue it has been sorted straight way. Cannot fault them!”
