“I have just received my order in two parcels. As always your prices are excellent. The packing is appalling with soft/fragile items at the bottom and other heavy boxes placed on them. The cartons are really not strong enough to withstand the careless handling of delivery drivers on a long journey to France. One of the cartons had obviously been dropped (at least once) and three jars were broken. Every item in the order was covered in a sticky goo necessitating wiping before putting away. Biscuits and similar reduced to many pieces. I am sure that these left your premises in good order but the packaging is really inadequate. The cartons were left outside my house (no problem) and the driver shot off without notifying us of the delivery. The wet corner of one box may be the explanation why.”

“Have ordered several times, and each order has been well up to expectations; unlike some other companies I have tried. The quality of the produce is very good and I especially like the Mystery Boxes which always have a very good variety of produce which I might not otherwise try. Delivery is always within 4-5 days, which maybe could be a little quicker. And the P&P charges are maybe a little on the high side. But all in all I have been very pleased so far and would (and have) recommend the Company to friends and Family.”

“Have used Approved foods for some years now and made huge savings! I'm fairly selective about what I order, it's mostly stock cubes, stock melts, curry pastes, pickles sauces etc and the odd sweet treat or novelty item! I've only had an item missing from an order once and that was promptly refunded. Boxes are well-packed and items arrive in good condition. Approved Food has helped us through some tough, financial times and I love the fact that much of this food would be wasted otherwise. Love it!”

“I use to buy from them a lot, 2/3 boxes of food every month, very convenient and good customer service but now they started to increase the price of all the stuff and also it is very hard to have the free delivery (£50 it's a bit to much for a family in budget) so now I buy only when there is really necessity.”
