“Very impressed by my recent order, all items in stock. Just the delivery service made me unhappy, arrived 24 hours later than stated, wasted a day waiting for it then had to cancel an appointment the next day.”

“Package arrived today after a little confusion as the website indicated it hadn't been dispatched when it was already on its way which was most likely due to the Bank holiday rush. Well packed with everything looking excellent and we are really pleased with the purchases. Just wish we had ordered some of the Tassimo coffee pods but they were sold out in no time at all. Will certainly be placing more orders in the future”

“£8.50 for postage was terrible a jar of salsa the seal was broke and the other jar salsa was like pickle. also the site lost my shopping list twice, so took ages to do will never use again”

“Have used Approved Foods a couple of times. Unfortunately this time only half my delivery arrived because the second box was damaged in delivery. Customer service was good on contact about the missing items but they were not proactive in making me aware, could not identify what was missing and cannot replace a number of items. I have also been waiting a little while for the second box replacement, which I thought ought to have been fast-tracked. Most items are fine from the first box, though some are damaged to an extent which is a shame”
