Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. Due to the nature of our business, we undertake stock audits regularly and therefore sometimes stock that has already been bought can be removed if we aren't able to send this out. We never offer replacement items for items in the order, so if you could please email cs@approvedfood.co.uk with the order number and item that was missing/replaced, we will get this looked into for you. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind regards AF

“Yes I really like Approved Food for the fantastic variety of stuff that they have on offer. Really good bargains to be had and multiples of items for very reasonable prices. Unusual items too, liked honey with almonds from Greece. It's like a treasure trove when the 'big cardboard box' arrives, I just love sorting through it to look at my purchases. It's always enough to last for weeks until I decide to purchase again and there's always something new and wonderful to choose. My daughter, first introduced me to Approved Foods about 5 years ago and never stopped since.”
