“Generally good to excellent - mistakes are made but they are sorted quickly and to the buyer's satisfaction. Prices are not always the cheapest, so always check elsewhere and descriptions are not always totally accurate so if in doubt ask a question about the produce. I've been with this seller from the outset and I am very satisfied and sometimes amazed with the products I have purchased.”

“Superb value, especially on health food stuffs that are usually way overpriced. I always look for wholefoods and unusual things that are often not available in the mainstream supermarkets. I'm rarely disappointed. 99% of the time things are as fresh as intended although very occasionally you can get an item a little bit too far gone. Doesn't put me off though as the savings are still always immense.”

“I love the surprise packages. Sometimes we find some treasures, sometimes we say "what on earth is this??" Either way it makes us smile. The unlabelled tins are fun. All products so far have been good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the delivery charge to the highlands. We aren't a foreign country and there is a campaign to change this. In the meantime I would order a lot more often if the delivery didn't cost so much.”

“It's always a gamble with Approved Food. This time I wasn't lucky. One of the items I ordered - costing £2.99 - was missing from the box. I contacted Approved Food and they gave me credit for it. Good customer service! Fun site!”

“We love AF Ltd. The delivery company could use some major training updates though. We live in a block of flats, & expected a delivery last week. We stayed in all day waiting for the confirmed delivery to then find out at 6 pm that there was a delay & it "would be delivered soon." It arrived the following day while I was out at an appointment. The driver left the order just inside the door of the block & a neighbour who saw us leave took it in so it wouldn't be stolen, but they went away for a few days (while we were out), so we only got the order yesterday. (a week late) These are signed for orders & neither the neighbour or us signed for it, so this delivery company is committing fraud. I'm not happy they delayed without decent notification, they signed for the delivery, & they left it in a vulnerable place. None of these make for good business!”
