“Packaging could be improved, a bottle in my delivery was broken and had spilled all over the contents meaning all items had to be cleaned before use. Although I was refunded for the broken item there was no compensation for having to clean up the mess Description of product could also be improved, Particularly if packaging of non food items has been repaired with cellophane tape”

“Recommend by a friend I had a look I only got a small range of products mostly dog treats as the range was amazing expensive brands at great prices stocked up for local dog rescue Xmas treats too and got so much for my money other items I bought were also great huge range of items and so much to choose from have recommended to several friends that are also very happy”

“I've been ordering items from Approved Food for a few years and have always found they are great value. The items are always well packed and sealed and delivery has always gone well. My only critisism is that on the website, there is so much choice, its difficult to choose !!!”
