“One product wasn't available and Approved Food sneakily wanted to give me a credit rather than a refund on my card. I insisted on a refund and they kindly obliged. A box of a dozen large packets of crisps/snacks wasn't the flavour I ordered. Clearly, they substituted. Unfortunately, I am not keen on that flavour. Aside from that, the sell-by dates were more recent than I expected. Delivery was fast and everything was very well packaged and arrived perfectly even though lots of fragile items packed with glass bottles and cans. Really good quality and savings. Bargains to be had but you must watch the weight and volumes closely. The photos can often be misleading and products aren't always documented properly/sufficiently. Overall a great service. Thanks.”

“Great variety of offers. Delivery quicker than expected. Would have given 5 stars but for poor packaging which meant that many items were squashed or broken on arrival. As the prices were so reasonable I did not worry about contacting customer services but in future I would only order items that were unbreakable.”

“My first ever order was made on a Sunday evening and was delivered on Thursday morning of the same week, and I was given an accurate two hour time window. Everything was a described. The only part of yhe order that did not live up to expectation was for iced mini fruit cakes. The icing was impenetrable by teeth. I'll be happy to give Approved Food further custom.”

“Approved Food is an easy to navigate website, with a wide selection of goods from 'upmarket' to supermarket. Baskets can be saved if you're interrupted mid-shop. There are options to look at in-date items only as well as those received in the last 90 days. Descriptions of items could be improved, as well as some photos which can be blurry. Also, the delivery company they use-DX Express- is reliable, with helpful drivers- as a physically disabled person, this is important to me! 🙂”
