“I returned to approved food after having lots of problems previously with deliveries and courier drivers. This time I am pleasantly surprised as delivery ok- time will tell, but so far so good”

“The products were great and none the worse for being a little over their bb dates. Unfortunately the packing box suffered quite a lot in transit resulting in some of the items bursting.”

“Most items are good value although close to best by dates . Some items aren’t cheap enough, and can be purchased locally for a price very similar. So you need to be careful and select carefully . I will buy again”

“I have always been more than happy with orders previously. This order contained three bags of pork scratchings. I opened one bag and had a piece it was diabolical. Tasted of some disgusting plastic petrol . To be sure i tried one more. Same again. The roof of my mouth was covered in thick fat. Will not order that product, or anything simular again. Also. Im disabled. Two large boxes were left on my drive. My front door was knocked.”

“Great site, great concept, great items. We have had 2 deliveries upto now and a third on its way. They are value for money. The deliveries however concern us, both have been left on the front doorstep in full view and we live on a mian road, its only time that one or more will go missing. the first delivery the box was damaged and items inside (water) split and damaged, the box was delivered soaking wet and left on the frnt door split open. This can happen and not a big deal, it wont stop us buying from Approved foods. I have told many friends and family about the site, who are now also ordering.”

“Some real bargains to be had with Approved Food however I think the descriptions could be improved ( although there is an email question system but you have to wait for the answer so the item could be sold). There is also a need to update the website- it needs a back button on the pages to avoid having to repeat pages. However the process of checking out/ delivery is efficient and they are prompt to inform if items are out of stock or when credits are lodged against your account”
