“I have been ordering from Approved food for several years and I am usually very impressed with the goods I receive. The only complaint I have is that twice I have received mouldy packs of Lake Land semi skimmed milk pots. I reported this but have never had a reply or refund. I have also had a pack of broken jaffa cakes which also have tasted mouldy.”

“Loved both my orders. Both were well packed, with glass items being wrapped before being packed. Inside the big box were smaller ones so that lighter items didn't get crushed. Delivery was on time, and the delivery company communicated well. Got lots of stuff to try and snacks, ect, that will last us a while. Lots of good choice of items. Looking forward to ordering in the future.”

“Great service, delivery times are good, love the savings, especially on coffee and chocolate with quality brands. The best before dates are clear so you know what you are getting and some products are well within date; virtually everything has been very good with the exception maybe of some crisps which were well past the date but we knew what we were ordering so no complaints and my husband ate them 😉 Love the Lucky Dip boxes, you get so much stuff to try for a £1.”

“I have bought from approved foods for several years, love the savings, the quality of the things I've bought and loved the different things I've been able to try. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to try them, there will be no going back feels like bit like Christmas when the box arrives! 10/10 all round.”

“I have been an Approved Food customer for about five years and in that time I have saved a worthwhile amount. If there is an y critiscism of the company in the last year it is that it is too popular and you need to look, and order at the beginning of each week to ensure that you get both what you want - in terms of staples - but also for the specials. So if you get the email check it out immediately, if you don't you will miss the opportrunity. The Customer Services team is great and responds instantly if the delivery company cause any damage. The good news is that damage in transit is rare, even in wet weather.”

“Only negative is you only know day of delivery on the day itself. Delivery man seems happy to just leave box on doorstep which is hardly secure. Realise this is not Approved Foods fault hence 4 stars”
