I have been ordering from Approved food for several years and I am usually very impressed with the goods I receive. The only complaint I have is that twice I have received mouldy packs of Lake Land semi skimmed milk pots. I reported this but have never had a reply or refund. I have also had a pack of broken jaffa cakes which also have tasted mouldy.
