“Fast delivery but an item was missing.”

“The food was as described and arrived promptly without missing or damaged items. Not impressed that I bought Tassimo packs at £3 and they then went down to 50p a pack????. Some of prices (eg 49p Oreos) are the same as in my local Tesco store (and obviously the Tesco ones are in date), so I will have to look at store prices for comparison before I shop again.”

“I received my 1st order quite slowly. Apart from the email to a Change of address, helpful and accommodating. The driver came out in dreadful weather and spoke well. The entire process took 6 days!”

“I find the website long-winded. It would be good to get through a list of products more quickly somehow? Also, I haven't worked out how to get my previous order up - if this facility was there and I could edit (delete stuff I didn't want but keep others) if in stock) this would make it quicker for me.”

“great bargains, top prices and a way into all sorts of goods you've never seen before! as a coeliac you get some terrific gluten free bargains too! my only grouch, regular order mistakes (I'm waiting on a response to one on my last order currently) but they usually get dealt with fairly & efficiently. overall a good company to deal with”
