“almost 5 stars for service and quality. The recipient couldn’t find the card which told her the flowers were delivered to a save place. She found the orchids next to her garage door after I convinced her that they had been delivered. The notification card never turned up.”

“The flowers are beautiful but I ordered the lux version and it looks like it came with a lot more green filler than actual flowers. These weren't cheap to begin with and I would think for $85 you would get a little more bang for your buck.”

“We were struggling to find flowers and a bottle of champagne for my sister in England . Found the site through a general search and the choice and service were excellent and whilst we did not see the flowers as we live in Sydney my sister was thrilled”

“Really lovely flowers and nicely packaged, they look great on the window. Once again though, the delivery service was really poor. The communication is not very good and i could not get anybody on chat on the day, they were for a birthday and arrived late the following day and we were fortunate to catch the driver as we were heading out. The company you use has never managed to deliver anything on time, so not just my orders with you and this worries me that it could mean late deliveries always from yourselves.”

“Overall we are pleased with the bouquet we ordered. The site was very nicely done, and we especially loved the Next Day Delivery option. It was easy to navigate and things were very clear throughout the check-out process. However we asked to be notified of when the flowers were delivered and did not receive any. We thought it was a bit odd but did not follow up as we knew our friend had already received them. We would recommend Appleyard to our friends and use it in the future, but it would great if you could check on the notification.”

“The flowers were beautiful. The card was simple, but the chocolates were phenomenal! My only problem was that I was not able to track the parcel. I was not notified when it arrived.”

“Good flowers and delivered on time and would if been 5 stars... however, the card written out was terrible (handwriting was scruffy and untidy) and not worth the money. Flowers were good though.”

“Excellent service, easy to order... only down side was the roses were a bit brown. I was hoping they’d come back to life but unfortunately the roses only lasted two days. But the rest stayed lovely for a little by longer.”
