“I am told that the flowers were beautiful. However the delivery service let you down somewhat, leaving the flowers on the front doorstep and not alerting the recipient even though she was in. It was only when I received the confirmation email that I knew they had been delivered.”

“I was very happy with the order as I received it on time ! Just a polite feedback for improvement it would be better if more flowers were open ! Also my partner ordered me flowers and chocolates few days ago from your store ! Everything was amazing but I would advise you not to leave the flowers under the bin as it was raining and I received the parcel full of mud !”

“The flowers arrived very fresh and beautiful looking. They smell wonderful. They were a treat for my daughter the week before her baby was due and to brighten up the jouse to add to the Christmas decorations. The flowers were smaller/fewer than l would have expected for a lux size.”

“Great stylish products and a great price. But if you have any queries it's almost impossible to contact them. I eventually got an email reply 2 days later, or you have to make do with generic FAQs, etc. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere. If you persevere with the auto chat you can eventually speak to someone on live chat, but not straightforward when looking for help.”
