“Flowers were beautiful and excellent quality. I was worried because after order purchase I saw that they use Yodel to deliver, never had a good experience with them. I was able to track the order, which was useful as despite my instruction to knock on the door they didn’t nor did they put a card through, I let the recipient know to check outside or they would not have known. Please be mindful of this.”

“The flowers arrived in good time. The driver took them out of the van with respect. The bouquet was very well presented. The gilded leaves looked beautiful but tragically kept falling off the stems and could not be re-attached. The idea was superb, if only they had stayed on. Perhaps the stems had dried out and the idea fell flat. The rest of the flowers are still going strong.”

“Christmas Eve is probably not the best time to arrange for flowers to be sent to a friend. She was delighted with her present but they were just left on her doorstep and she assured me that she was in at the time and just found them some time later. I suppose the delivery person was just running late but I think they could have tried to make themselves heard.”
