“Ok so I have to say I posted a review for the first batch of flowers that arrived. Appleyard clearly care about their reputation because they came back off the back of that review and asked why - I sent a picture explained that the bouquet was a poor interpretation of what I thought would be sent - they resent a fresh bouquet out to my friend - this second bouquet was a massive improvement and absolutely looked like the picture. Am pleased they make amends for when they have not met the standard when they should have done. Thank you Appleyard. You have made amends .”
