“Good selection of flowers and champagne packages. Would be much better if you could select a time slot for delivery. It was necessary to deliver the gift a day early to ensure the recipient received it before a specific time the following day. Even with paying premium delivery this was not an option which seems odd for a brand like this.”

“Great Service, my only criticism is that I added some handmade truffles with the flowers which had alcohol in them but that information wasn't obvious to me whilst I was ordering. Other then that, I will most likely use this service again.”

“A beautiful bouquet of flowers. I chose Appleyards as there was a wide range of different flowers to choose from. They arrived at the time given and packaged well, ensuring no damage. Whilst a tad more expensive, ideal for a special occasion”

“The orchid was lovely, although the vase that came with it was cracked, and when I contacted u about this u credited £10 to my account which I felt was a bit stingy. You should have taken into account both the cost of replacing the vase and the inconvenience caused.”

“5 stars for the flowers - a gorgeous arrangement that look fantastic once out of the box - and no problems with delivery. Would prefer to see all the packaging to the recyclable though .”

“I was sent some stunning flowers from Appleyard so when I wanted to send some stunning flowers to a friend for a special birthday, I immediately thought of Appleyard. They didn't disappoint & the recipient was totally bowled over. I've just used Appleyard again and plan to continue to do so. (My only quibble is the website is a bit clumsy!)”

“** Updated ** This was the first time using Appleyard The potted rose came but not in great condition, out of a total of 9 buds, 3 were broken/handing off. The delivery did arrive on time and we are now waiting for the remaining buds to open and hopefully not drop off!”
