A security tag was left on one of only two items I ordered so have had the hassle of waiting in for it to be picked up and again for it to be delivered twice

+ Good prices and free delivery to Sweden. Customer service was fast and professional. - My first order was cancelled due to suspension of credit card fraud, on the grounds that I used different addresses for billing and delivery. Why am I given that option if it is likely to cause a problem? I got my money back eventually, but lost over 10 pounds due to exchange fees on my card. I finally managed to get my goods using Paypal instead of my credit card, but I really can't see why that would be safer than the card. Anyone that got my credit card data could register it on Paypal.

Ordered it for a Saturday delivery which it didn't come then promised on Sunday which it didn't come so then had to have time off work to pick it up on Monday And to boot I payed extra for this very poor service

Hi David, thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and it was placed on Sunday 12th March at 7:39am on the £5.00 Next Working Day delivery service. As it was place after the 3pm cut-off time on Friday afternoon, it would not be collected by our courier until the Monday afternoon (which is stated on our website). The DPD tracking for your parcel shows it was delivered to your neighbours house on the 14 Mar 2017. We are always looking to improve our services which include the delivery cut-off times. The products were very poorly packaged, leading to the boxes being severely damaged. Would not order again as I want to keep the shoe boxes.

Delivery address was a doddle location for next day DPD delivery. The next day when I hadn't received a mail confirming the dispatch of the item i called customer services and was told that they have just found out that they cannot deliver to a PO box. Doddle is not a PO box, it's also a collection point for DPD. No one bothered to inform me that the parcel would not arrive next day, when they knew this information which was frustrating. Website should be updated if cannot send to doddle location.

I made an order which is not due while march ? I don't have a problem with that has it is pre order . but they have text me 3 or 4 times and e mailed me saying my order is on its way ???? but no parcel .

My husband and I were devastated that the item bought was promised to arrive in time for Christmas and we were sent a message on the 23rd December that the delivery would be on the 28th Dec. Having spent 45mins trying to contact the delivery company, we had to end the call and purchase a replacement pair from the High Street.

I recently used the Aphrodite website for the first time during the Christmas sales. I purchased 5 items which came to over £400 and was told that I had to pay a £5 delivery charge due to the items being in the sale. I happily agree to that and the clothes arrived some 4 days later. Unfortunately all 5 items weren't suitable so I packaged them all up and dropped them down to the post office where I was told I had to pay a further charge of £15.80 to return them (and that was second class). So all in it cost me over £20 P&P. I find this totally wrong. When there are so many other quality clothing sites to choose from that offer much lower postage rates or in many cases they are free, why would anyone want to risk purchasing clothing from Aphrodite in the knowledge that its going to cost a lot to send them back?

I paid £5 delivery and my parcel didnt come when you said it would so wanted the £5 refund to be told rudely that i had no chance ....not happy

As an international buyer, it would make sense that items are shipped as gifts. The item actually cost more than it would cost me in my country.

I ordered a pair of Adidas trainers at the beginning of August this year. I was expecting them towards the end of September however, they've still not arrived. I have email twice and people have got back to me saying; they're late coming from Germany and they will be tracked to my house - but they still haven't come and its half way through November. I wouldn't be annoyed if they were late, but nearly five months?? hmmm. Not only are they not here, but the shop down the road are now selling the exact pair, and have been for over a month. Whats worse is that my little sister has since brought herself a pair and flaunts them in front of me daily. It's not that she likes them, it's just to spite me and its humiliating. So, if they haven't been sent yet, could you kindly insert some steal caps into them prior to shipping so i can swiftly kick her in the backside. Thank you.

I pre ordered the Adidas Eqt Adv Triple Black. Received it a little late. The right shoe seems to be defective and is bigger than the left. In the image that I sent, you can see the toe of the right shoe is lower.

I putchased goods that were not suitable. I hadnt relised i had to pay also to send the goods back. Although it was a quality item. I will not be puechasing again only due to the postage situation.

I ordered a pair of pants in blue, but received them in gray. Customer service simply advised me to feel free to return them via the post office and receive a refund. I was not offered to have the replacement in the correct color sent straight away, which when I received their email appeared to be still in stock. Now it isn't anymore! Good customer service would have been to have free collection arranged by Aphrodite, instead of me now having to take time out to get to and queue at the post office.
