I ordered a pair of pants in blue, but received them in gray.
Customer service simply advised me to feel free to return them via the post office and receive a refund.
I was not offered to have the replacement in the correct color sent straight away, which when I received their email appeared to be still in stock. Now it isn't anymore!
Good customer service would have been to have free collection arranged by Aphrodite, instead of me now having to take time out to get to and queue at the post office.
