“A pc customer service is appauling just lost half a days wages due to rushing home from work early as was told driver would try to deliver after lucnch to find out he had already been and if I want my parcel I need togo to the depot would be great if I knew where it was or leave with a neighbour as long as they don't work if not will be sent back to sender I myself will be telling sender I will not be buying off them again if they use this courier disgusted customer”

“My second parcel to go missing now with APC. I have spent the last 2 days trying to sort it out and the staff couldn't be bothered to help. All I get is " fill in our online complaints form". Not good enough for me as they have damaged 2 separate businesses due to one parcel being stolen from staff members in house!!. Don't use there's people use Intelink Xpress instead. They may be slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. It's not worth the time and effort with APC. They don't take responsibility for their actions. If you have experienced any issues so far with APC contact the board of directors or the CEO Jonathan Smith. Detas and address on companies house.”
