Trying to get a redeliver of consignment N: 0000810. They failed to deliver yesterday and left a card - the email contact on the card is "not obtainable" / fails and the (APC Aberdeen depot) telephone number on that card is not being answered. Extensive google searches - and their own main office site have given other emails, which also "bounce back" and dont go through. The 0800 number on their main site will not put me through to anyone. This company is a farce.

Overnight package couldn't be delivered because it had to be signed for and I wasn't home. I was happy to collect it from their depot until I realised it was 45 miles from my home by the shortest route! And this route would have seen me have to drive through Gloucester and Hereford which means this journey would have taken hours. A quicker route up the M5 would have mean't doing almost 60 miles each way. I could only collect from their Bristol depot (only 23 miles from me) if I paid extra. Won't buy again from any company who use this courier.

APC lost blood samples from our vet for our sick dog. This has resulted in having to wait 3 weeks to be able to do a test again (which may be too long for our pet to survive). APC has not provided a reliable service keeping valuable packages safe.

I informed them my doorbell was not working and sent them my tel. number to call me at delivery time. They said they will keep me notified, instead I found out 20 days after scheduled delivery day that they tried 3 times and closed the delivery, they never called. When I called to rebook the delivery they said I now had to go and collect myself.

The worst company ever. I have had 2 terrible experiences with them. 1st one, i ordered a bike tire and after sitting at home from work to collect it, the van did not show at all. I contacted the depot and they said that their driver can bring it in few days or I can drive to the depot and collect it myself after 5pm. So I drove 20 miles and the driver did not come back to the depot at all. The manager spoke to him and he said he decided to go home with the van this night.. and he maybe will pass by my house later in the evening to bring it. No one showed up that night and next day he left the item outside my door despite of their policy that they can't leave anything outside or to a neighbour. 2nd time something was delivered with them. I was not given time so i was not home and I contacted them to ask when can the re-deliver. They said they can do it the next day from 10 to 4 and when I said I am not going to be home they can leave it somewhere, the said no, we will return it to the sender and they hung up the phone to me.. Such a bad company.. how it is overnight delivery when they deliver from 10am to 4pm only, that means that a person has to take a day of work to sit and wait in case they decide to deliver it that day. Terrible company, terrible service and terrible communications with them.

I've used APC for a number of years to send out parcels and can barely recall any delivery that hasnt been made on time ie next working day. I would have given 5 stars except that they dont offer a time slot, but my local depot says this is in plan.

I cannot say what the drivers are like but the depot staff are unhelpful and if you re book a delivery online they will deny you ever did it.

On Saturday 22.04. 2017 I changed the delivery date of my CID 6885763 to 27.04 17 I received the confirmation You delivered me 24 04 17 25 04 17 26 04 17   But today no one delivered today is the 27th call to the service office and they said they sent my shipment What is the competence and lack of professionalism

Awful service. Won't leave in porch or with a neighbour. Apparently the only way I can get my parcel is take a full day off work and wait in for them.

I wasted a day waiting around for them to deliver. They said it would be delivered by 1pm. It didn't arrive so at 2pm I called them. I was casually told "don't worry mate, he'll be round in an hour so". I call them at 3pm as it still hadn't arrived and they said he'd been to deliver but couldn't find the front door so had left. They said I had to go to the other side of London to collect it from them if I wanted it on the date I had specified and paid for. After six phone calls I finally got through to their Customer Service who said despite them not finding it to the right address they wouldn't be resending it. Utterly incompetent and unapologetic to add insult to injury. Avoid at all costs!

This really is the most awful delivery service I have ever come across!!! They only deliver during work hours, I tried to get a delivery on the weekend, they don't do this, only week days and you can't pick a time. I eventually had the opportunity to drive 30 minutes to the closest depot 5 days after delivery attempt and they had sent my parcel back to the sender. Still not received my item, it's been 4 weeks since ordering, I've tried three different phone numbers with no answer. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am a victim, and represent those whose parcel has been stolen by the couriers driver. I contacted 'Heart of England distribution' about my missing parcel, they however took the drivers side and said my parcel was signed for by and older Asian women. The only older Asian women living in the house is my Mum. My Mum however did not sign the parcel and when you compare my Mums signature with the one I was provided by 'Heart of England Distribution' (they have no resemblance). In other words (the driver forged a signature/ a fake one). The driver has without any doubt stolen the goods and this is a very popular thing that is happening and this incident has happened to me many times (where the driver claims that he has delivered the good, but in reality has kept it - with a false signature (making it look like that the recipient has received it). Even though the tracker says the driver was at Peel Place, OX1 4UT, however this doesn't mean the parcel has been delivered as the driver just parks in front of the recipient address to prove the package was delivered (when in reality a false signature was done and the parcel was kept). But the only reason I am chasing this case even though the parcel is worth £5.99, is because I want an investigation to be done on my missing parcel and I want justice to be done to the driver, as theft of all forms is a Criminal Act.

I recieved and email from Amazon with a number where to call (I try to get that parcel delivered for about 2 weeks for now) I callled and they told me that the parcel dindn't get to them. And I ask how do they have a tracking number for a parcel that DOESN'T HAVE IT THE DEPOT? They check again and they said that they spoke with the driver and he can't deliver because no one home. And I told them "I'm at HOME and the DOOR is f**ing opened" so, don't sell me BS He put me on hold and they put their manager and he hang up the phone because i used the "F" word and he said he will send the parcel back. Where I can file a complain for those guys? His name is Jeff HE SPOKEN WITH ME LIKE HE WAS A GOD AND I WAS AN INSECT

Apc delivery driver was so rude and extremely uncalled-for...they tried to deliver parcel but I wasn't in they then tried to deliver a further two times both times I wasn't in. On my day off I was going to ring and arrange a delivery time I was in for. That morning at 08.00hrs there was a massive banging on my front window and a bloke shouted delivery, I answered the door and he said this is the fourth time ive been here to deliver this, I told him I couldn't help it if I was out only for him to say you were in yesterday your van was in ( I was walking my dog I told him and that I didn't expect to be spoken to this by a delivery company...there was a little more said but no apology for how he had been, absolutely disguised and I will be getting in touch with the company that used Apc...

Parcel was due to arrive OVERNIGHT, timed delivery, 10 DAYS later - still no parcel! Tracking number stated card left, attempted delivery next day but not in. There was NO attempted delivery, NO card was left (as claimed time all there working) NO CCTV evidence of their 'attempted' delivery. The address is easy to find, a local landmark building, you can't miss it and if you do anyone within 10 miles could tell you. I contacted APC who were disinterested and have still not responded. I tried via twitter, no response. After a few days, got through to local branch. The guy sounded like he had been asleep. very apathetic, couldn't really be bothered to breathe let alone help. Stated that they had it, but had no explanation as to why it had never left the depo for the past 10 days. Said he would see if he would get it delivered in the next few days if he could. I am not sure what happens if he can't. Farce of a service - another one for the receivers! Clear out the deadwood - they have no place.

Extremely unhelpful member of staff at the Hereford office, made worse by her telling me that she was the Managing Director. No interest in trying to accommodate my request for some idea of when my delivery would be made, just 'sometime today'. Accused me of being rude and hung up the phone when I was unsympathetic about her problems of recruiting and retaining drivers, which I didn't accept as having any bearing on my request for an approximate delivery time. Appalling customer service.

For two times they pretended to have tried to delivered the parcel but no one came, they left no cardboard or anything. They rarely reply at phone calls or email. Is the worst company for deliveries I had to deal with, by far. After several phone calls one guy replied and was extremely impolite, I can't believe how unprofessional they are.
