I called APC the day before the delivery was due to say that I would not be at home, I would be at work and I could collect it form their depot. They agreed. The next day I called the depot to check it was there and the member of staff said "yes come and get it". I turned up at the depot- waited for 10 minutes while they looked for it - then they came back and said - "its gone out in the van". I got home and there was no card left. I called the depot two days later and asked where is my parcel. They said "its at the depot and it has been scanned". I went to the depot- waited for 10 minutes. Bloke came back - "its gone out in the van". Absolute muppet show.

Terrible service, terrible communications, no customer care, they should be shut down, booked a delivery (online) for next day 0900 security, using the online booking the drop down accepted the time of delivery and then with out telling us it was amended too 16.00, great when your sending (live fish) GREAT CUSTOMER CARE, BUNCH OF IDIOTS, this is not the first time live fish have either been killed and boxes crushed TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Instructions given were that I would be here to take delivery at my front door but as no one had called by mid-day I phoned the company from whom I had purchased the goods. They checked on tracking and advised me the goods had been delivered 45 minutes earlier. Not so. No knock on the door, no goods left outside. After contacting the head office and then the local depot I was advised the goods had been delivered at the claimed time. The driver had a photograph of the goods left on the front doorstep "as per instructions". (fiction) It turned out the package had been left on my neighbours front doorstep in bright, hot sunshine. Really good for the fish inside ?????????. Absolutely terrible service.

Terrible company To Use Loses parcels, Late Delivery (Overnight = 2 / 3 Day) , Tracking Abysmal. Unless you have to use them because you have perishable items I would suggest you use someone else

It took four full days of waiting in, chasing, hassle, engaged lines, broken promises etc to finally get a "next day delivery" parcel at 6pm on the fourth day. I now tell my suppliers I will only order on the basis that APC are not the couriers.

""To paraphrase the Heineken advert" Probably the worst courier in the world" Despite leaving my phone number on the door and again on the paperwork accompanying the item the driver chose to leave a ticket as he said it was quicker to write a ticket than ring.Having to do two runs to the same address is saving time? On speaking to the depot, I was advised it would go out next day instead but to ring to check the enext morning. A cynic would say they are a busy company, I rang every 15 mins throughout the day until 8 pm and got engaged tone, same from the head office. Sounds like taking the phone of the hook to avoid customers. Finally delivered 2 days later.As a buyer for goods we dont get to choose which company is used to deliver our goods but this company stinks for customer service from the drivers, to the depot and on up to head office.

This is my first use of this company and it will be my LAST, the seller i ordered from used them in good faith for them to deliver my parcel and here is where my experience turns from great to absolutely DISGUSTED, they have the nerve to lie thinking itll be fine i cant be bothered to deliver here so ill just say i attempted delivery and customer service will stick up for me. Well for this lazy delivery driver i have CCTV on my house so have evidence that no one came near my house that day im absolutely Fuming that he has lied as he was too lazy to delivery. I will now check when i buy items if they use APC i will then take my money elsewhere and not use any person or company who uses this shambles of a company. I will also be posting this review at anychance possible i have and everyone i speak to i will inform them never to use apc! This delivery driver should be SACKED!!!!!

Over 3 weeks late, called everyday and got bounced around or put on hold then hung up on. Never called back when they said they would. Couldnt get hold of a depo for 5 days, even APC could not get hold of the depo. Lost package, then found it making claiming for a lost item difficult. Then after it had been found a a new delivery date set (overnight) was 2 day late. Still waiting on a call back so I can complain as the complaints office was not in. Communication was terrible, as I feel I have spoken to most staff members on the phone only one 1 was not polite but all had a late of information and ability to help.

Unfortunately I had to collect my package from the Exeter Depot. I have never been to such a filthy place of work in my life - it's a case of wipe your feet on the way out. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to work in such appalling conditions - the management should be ashamed.

Utterly useless and incompetent. On two occasions for two separate parcels over a span of a year I've had the same problem receiving things via their 'service'. Both times I have missed the initial delivery attempt and both times I have re arranged delivery. Which is then ignored by them completely as they try again when they choose and then return to sender all before the re arranged delivery time.

Absolutely useless bunch of morons. Pretend to deliver parcels! Bottom line is, they can't be bothered to do their job and expect you - the customer - to come and get the parcel from them. Stay well away from these jokers ...

What an awful company this is!. Unless your home all day every day to receive the delivery, then consider it lost. They actually pretend to deliver - I had two cards through the letter box saying "we missed you", so I downloaded the app on my phone to track the parcel - oh by the way they don't deliver every day of the week - according to the app they tried to deliver Tuesday and Wednesday...so why did I get 2 cards on the Wednesday then....now the app says my parcel has been delivered but not signed for...so who knows where it's been delivered to - certainly not me. This isn't my first bad experience with these muppets...the last time they lost a parcel for four months!. They really are a bunch of first rate bell ends and no, they don't reply to emails or complaints and if they do bother to pick up the phone, they couldn't care less. How these idiots are still in business is beyond me. Stay well away from them at all cost.

Quite possibly the worst parcel service available. Pretended to deliver my parcel when we were home all day. When finally tracked them down to redeliver they promised delivery again and once again failed to deliver saying they ran out of time - how much time do they think customers have to sit around waiting? 6 days to deliver a parcel to a house 8 miles from their depot - I will at every opportunity given make sure everyone realises what an unreliable, uncaring company this is. Oh complaints are as bad still waiting from a response from them too about as reliable as their delivery - use DPD if given an option and keep your buyers experience a happy one.

Trying to get a redeliver of consignment N: 0000810. They failed to deliver yesterday and left a card - the email contact on the card is "not obtainable" / fails and the (APC Aberdeen depot) telephone number on that card is not being answered. Extensive google searches - and their own main office site have given other emails, which also "bounce back" and dont go through. The 0800 number on their main site will not put me through to anyone. This company is a farce.

Overnight package couldn't be delivered because it had to be signed for and I wasn't home. I was happy to collect it from their depot until I realised it was 45 miles from my home by the shortest route! And this route would have seen me have to drive through Gloucester and Hereford which means this journey would have taken hours. A quicker route up the M5 would have mean't doing almost 60 miles each way. I could only collect from their Bristol depot (only 23 miles from me) if I paid extra. Won't buy again from any company who use this courier.

APC lost blood samples from our vet for our sick dog. This has resulted in having to wait 3 weeks to be able to do a test again (which may be too long for our pet to survive). APC has not provided a reliable service keeping valuable packages safe.

I informed them my doorbell was not working and sent them my tel. number to call me at delivery time. They said they will keep me notified, instead I found out 20 days after scheduled delivery day that they tried 3 times and closed the delivery, they never called. When I called to rebook the delivery they said I now had to go and collect myself.

The worst company ever. I have had 2 terrible experiences with them. 1st one, i ordered a bike tire and after sitting at home from work to collect it, the van did not show at all. I contacted the depot and they said that their driver can bring it in few days or I can drive to the depot and collect it myself after 5pm. So I drove 20 miles and the driver did not come back to the depot at all. The manager spoke to him and he said he decided to go home with the van this night.. and he maybe will pass by my house later in the evening to bring it. No one showed up that night and next day he left the item outside my door despite of their policy that they can't leave anything outside or to a neighbour. 2nd time something was delivered with them. I was not given time so i was not home and I contacted them to ask when can the re-deliver. They said they can do it the next day from 10 to 4 and when I said I am not going to be home they can leave it somewhere, the said no, we will return it to the sender and they hung up the phone to me.. Such a bad company.. how it is overnight delivery when they deliver from 10am to 4pm only, that means that a person has to take a day of work to sit and wait in case they decide to deliver it that day. Terrible company, terrible service and terrible communications with them.
