Still waiting on APC Overnight to deliver my perishable order from Townings Farm. Consignment Number 0000595. They claimed to have made a delivery attempt when the driver did not ring the bell as I work from home. Phoned the retailer who said she was informed the driver was going to re-deliver this afternoon. Still waiting. The last delivery from Townings Farm was flawless. What's wrong with this driver? Can't be bothered? My order is perishable. This is utterly disgraceful!

Ordered a birthday cake for a five year olds birthday party on a Sunday. APC were given the cake on Thursday to deliver the next day but didn’t deliver it until the Monday,the day after the party had already been held. No explanation was given despite telephone calls and emails. Avoid! Appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service costing our charity unnecessary expenses! We were promised that our delivery was going to be made on Friday 12th May it's only just arrived Monday 15th May. We will never make a purchase online knowing that APC will be delivering it!

horrible business account service the shipping has been lost , I called the depot and no one knows anything,I wrote on here , nothing! My customers furious cause it was needed urgently and that item was the last one in stock ! So big problem has been caused ! And my concern was real about the service as I wrote via mail to them on the 11th (when the parcel should've been delivered ) And nothing, customers service don’t even consider me, sake manager either, branch either. that’s the way they treat a business account!!!

Very poor customers service. I have a business account with them, used it , gladly, very few times because the booking format and website is very confusing. No emails and messages to both sender and receiver. Tracking doesn’t work, nonetheless , after my concern about the service issues , they replied, it was all in order and working…..and they lost the parcel!!! Parcel sent Wednesday for next day delivery, today Saturday disappeared from the system. My client s furious, was the last item in stock . Big problem , big loss caused!!!

Really appalling service. I am now three weeks into a next day delivery order. When I get through to services dept, i'm always told "we'll put it on the van for delivery on xxx". I have waited in, pointlessly, on 10 occasions now. There's no interest or accountability from their service department. If anybody buys something online and these are the couriers, manage your expectations.

Got message saying we were not in yesterday - we were - same thing happened today - driver did not attempt delivery - very poor and annoying

Parcel was said on tracking to be out for delivery and even a time slot, never received, no contact since, why do people use these cowboy delivery companies like APC and DHL

Ridiculous con artists. Pretend to deliver and then don't. They must get paid per missed delivery as they clearly are doing this on purpose. We watched the van drive right passed our house. What a joke

Hi, Received my parcel, and I have sent countless emails with complaints with no response. When I got home from work I found that delivery driver Ahmed has posted an abusive disgusting note through my door. This is totally unacceptable. Regards James Kempster

Very poor service,No communication false Statements about deliveries false statements about cards..No response from help line web site, no response from phone calls... Travelled 30mile round trip to depot seven days after proposed delivery date.. To be told the items out for delivery and was carded that morning arrived back home to find no card...No delivery information..Checked web to find the delivery carded hours before so called posted times... I will be writing to the CEO of this company its horrendously run and requires auditing...

Been waiting a month for a delivery from APC - they arrived without telling me and refused to leave it in my secure place as directed. I could travel 30 miles round trip to collect it but I have decided to request a refund . This was important Fire Safety equipment . Do NOT have anything to do with this company

They left my cargo package in the middle of the street and left. The package is missing. I can't get a refund from Amazon and the item is too expensive. No one is interested.

No delivery on 18 th On 19th my delivery number was 47 When it got to 45 tracking was turned off . All other deliveries were no further than 10 minutes drive away No parcel

Emailed saying delivery between 12-2. Waited in, no delivery. Emailed asking what happened. No reply. Apc delivered nect day with no time slot, Emailed saying I had missed them! 0/10 for communication.

During the delivery today, the driver was extremely unprofessional and very rude. He had raised his voice, shouting at me. I was late coming down stairs for 7 minutes as I was in the shower when the door bell rang. I have not received a delivery time slot before his arrival as the other reviews have mentioned or I will have made sure to make my self available at that time. He was able to leave and re-arrange the delivery but chose to wait and started shouting in front of the the concierge and my neighbours. This was very embarrassing and very much unnecessary as he was able to leave and rearrange the delivery instead of waiting.
