I have tried locating a delivery that was supposed to have arrived yesterday, the on line checking system shows nothing, other than try again later.. A request for information via their web page request form, produced nothing, a phone call to their depot, could ring without answer for ever, one star is perhaps somewhat over rewarding, other than I assume they collected the item in the first place !
