Leaving this company 1 star is way more than they deserve.. I still haven’t received my parcel that I should have received 4 days ago, instead I just received text messages telling me time slots that my parcel will arrive, however it never does.. I think customers should be able to claim compensation from these shockingly incompetent companies, as I am self empty and have lost money waiting in for promises deliveries that don’t turn up.
Avoid using this company if you want to have happy repeat customers.
