Today one of your drivers travelled down a road clearly marked as having no turning. He proceeded to back into my private driveway in spite of being asked not to. He then argued with me about whether it was my driveway- and told me he would do whatever he wanted. If APC want to provide a number that gets answered or an email address then please do.

Disorganised company, was given a time slot three days in a row for delivery. Delivery was stated for 17th July, arrived 22nd. Not like other companies who send you emails or texts to alert you, they leave it up to you to do all the work. Would not recommend them, my advice, use another firm.

Not a streamlined delivery service for the receiver, needs to come forward to this century. Not able to specify morning or afternoon delivery time. Reference on parcel wasn’t recognised by online system so had to call the depot, just wastes time.

Waste of time and money, a joke of a company, utterly fkin usless, these would be quite kind words if I'm honest Nothing but a pain in the arse to deal with, pointless putting a card through my door if you just send my parcel back to sender...

I wouldn't use this pathetic so called courier company. My husband purchased a bike which was due to arrive 2 weeks ago.....still waiting. Apparently they couldn't find a WHOLE BIKE!! When they were contacted by the seller, requesting the where abouts of the bike they replied with 'we will locate it it and get back to you'. Then apparently the bike was located and the reason for losing a WHOLE BIKE was the label came off??? Interesting that they can't find a BIKE SIZE PACKAGE with or without a label. They promised the bike would be delivered today hmmmmm still waiting for it at 7.30pm I'm actually thinking maybe the police need to be contacted as HOW CAN YOU LOSE A MAN SIZE BIKE!!!! A courier collects the bike - courier delivers bike (next day)...simple...... yes...not APC.....oh no, that's too simple for simpletons🤪👎👎👎👎

My parcel was despatched 10th July. I was told to expect it 14 July,... no parcel l too tracked the app l was told delivery between 5pm-7pm.... no.parcel. Phones not receiving incoming calls, Four emails no response. Parcel still showing out for delivery. Absolutely pathetic Shirley Girdwood

Stay clear. I purchased an item from a third party. They paid for next day delivery. I was told item would be delivered Tuesday. No parcel. By the time I realised it wouldn’t be delivered the offices were shut. The item was then sent out on delivery the next day. I had been monitoring the delivery via the mapping app as I was dubious of the services. The delivery driver was 2 stops away and approx 500 yards from my house. 2 hours later the item is still not delivered. I check the app and he is back at the depot. I phone customer services who state he ran out of time both days. Even when I explained he was 500 yards from my house with 2 hours to spare. I was just fobbed off and told it would be put on the am delivery slot tomorrow. But the guy on the phone then stated he could not guarantee the item would be delivered tomorrow either. He couldn’t explain why the failed delivery on Tuesday wasn’t escalated to a am slot on the Wednesday. Oh and apparently next day delivery is not guaranteed!! This is news to me! I have contacted the third party company for them to seek a refund for the service as clearly they are incompetent and shouldn’t offer a product I.e next day delivery if that is not the case. Surely this is false advertisement. I will be contacting trading standards also as I do not appear to be the only person suffering at the hands of APC Overnight.

ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE AND FULL OF LIES TOO I WISH I COULD ALSO CHOOSE NO STAR. THEY HAD TO DELIVER ON WEDNESDAY BUT DID NOT TURN UP AS I HAVE CCTV AND THEY DROVE PAST INSTEAD AS I LIVE NEXT TO THE MOTORWAY SLIP ROADS. THEY CAN'T REDELIVER SAME DAY - TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I am signing because roughly 10 years ago a suitcase containing personal belongings that was being couriered from Yorkshire to Northumberland went missing. The courier company APC, denied it was ever loaded onto the truck and never helped us locate it. I now hear that they in fact lied and auctioned off my belongings in order to make a profit. I think this OUTRAGEOUS that they have done this with 1,000s of items. They have to take responsibility.

See email below that I have sent just now to depot: Good evening. Details as follows: Address: xxxxx Consignment: 00xxxx This morning I received a text message (picture attached) detailing a delivery due for between 10:49 and 12:49. When the delivery did not turn up between these times, tracking showed all day that the driver was stuck on delivery 6 of 7.  I rang the team at 13:50 & 15:54. In the first call I was told the driver had quit mid-shift, and the delivery was being taken over. Both representatives told me it would be coming, albeit late. No problem. The second rep said this would be before 6 pm as this was the cut off for deliveries.  It is now 18:05. Tracking info and the pinpoint map stopped working after 14:00 presumably because of the delay. I have now wasted my entire day - having taken time from work - waiting for this delivery. To say I am unhappy with this level of service is a gross understatement. Not only has the furniture not arrived, there is also no update whatsoever, no tracking available, and clearly your team thought it was coming. I have no idea what has happened to our furniture.  I am now unavailable for the next few days, so have no suggestions for you regarding my side of things. I require from you a solid update as to where this fairly expensive furniture is, and what happened with this delivery. The most polite way I can put this, is that it seems we've been 'fobbed off'. Therefore I will not be satisfied until you have come back to me on the above points. If you cannot manage this, I will be escalating this complaint without hesitation. Having a driver quit mid-shift, and then failing to deliver on a customer service promise, is absolutely an unprofessional way to conduct a delivery service. Come back to me ASAP.

I have been given a time slot of two hours in in the evening. I really had something to do, but I thought i wait for them to deliver my item, it’s got nearly 10:30 pm no one has turned up what a Rubbish company!

Shocking service!!!! My first and hopefully my last dealing with this company. I arranged my my workday around the 2 hr delivery timeslot and they called 90 mins early, didn't even have the courtesy to phone me and when I phoned them got an automated message advising me to email them which I did asking them to honour the agreed timeslot but got no response or re-delivery....guess I'll have to wait in all day tomorrow for them to turn up at there convenience.

Such a terrible company!! They left a card on Monday so I scheduled a redelivery on Tuesday following the instructions on the card! No parcel on Tuesday so called them and they said the driver "ran out of time" and was promised AM delivery yesterday, guess what no parcel! Promised today it would be delivered, nothing! Have just called them and they now say they've lost it! Obnoxious, incompetent staff and they are just awful!! Thankfully after speaking with the company I ordered from (as this has happened before) they are going to end the contract with this terrible company. They deserve to be shut down!

Received email saying no one at home when they tried to deliver. There were four of us at home, two outside in the front garden. Arranged next day delivery no attempt from them to deliver. Avoid at all costs can't be trusted from my experience.

Contacted vendor 4th July 2020 to ask where my item was, as 3 working days had passed. Vendor responded 6th July , ppologising and saying that they had been in touch with this company , who appologised for the delay and that it was out for delivery today. So , stayed home all day , waiting.. they did not deliver. Contacted vendor on 7th explaining that i STAYED HOME ALL DAY and no delivery. Vendor contacted this company , who appologised and said it was definitely on the van for delivery today , 7th July. Stayed home all day - they did not deliver ! Vendor showed me parcle journey details , parcel journey details show that it was "out for delivery" on 2nd and 3rd of July too ! It was finally delivered , after more chasing up , on 8th July. This company basically LIES to customers and on its tracking app. Makes customers stay at home , only NOT to deliver to them. The vendor has lost my business now , due to their choice of this delivery firm. I notice past reviews simply get a standard message from this company saying "sorry....let me look in to this". Well , please dont bother , please save your breath. Any future online purchases I will be asking vendors if they use this company and , if they do , I will not be ordering from them. I could add a picture of the tracking here , but this interface is not allowing me to.
