Package was left on the dustbin at the top of our drive which is about 400 metres from the house , despite instructions to leave in porch. We only found the package by chance when we went to leave refuse in the bin. Very poor service.

Absolute rubbish. Still waiting for their overnight which was due yesterday. Contacting them by phone seems to be impossible. Did get a response by email (eventually), when they said it wasn't delivered because the driver ran out of time. They did not have the courtesy of informing me about this, either by text or phone. The worst service I have ever had from a delivery service. APC stands for alternative parcel company. It seems to me that the alternative bit means non delivery.

Quite poor service. Ordered something which was dispatched by seller Monday and due to arrive today as the seller paid for next business day delivery. Website is a nightmare and took me to multiple pages to try and accept tracking information. It was updated at 10am and not anytime afterwards. I called up my local depot (which is apparently only 10 minutes from my house) and they assured me that my package was out for delivery today. It is now night time and they are closed so I can only assume my parcel is not getting delivered. My order contains consumable items (fresh and frozen, and meat) and although it should come in a freezer box I am skeptical of the food being left overnight as I don't know if the depot will store in a refrigerated location. I will not be using this service again and will do my best to see where the fault was to try and get a refund on potentially spoiled food as I do not think it's appropriate that I'm paying for next day delivery when this company thinks its acceptable to deliver spoiled food.

3 packages all broken in as many shipments. The company claims to have a solution for sending liquids but in practice, they forget to put the liquids in the special treatment so it all gets conveyed and damaged.

Unbelievable ! Missed my delivery due to being at work . So instead of leaving it with One of my furloughed neighbours on both sides of my home. They took it back to the depot for redelivery ? . What a waste of time and energy . All the other Courier services s have left my parcels with neighbours or put them over the side gate .

Hello I’m sorry to hear that your goods were not left with a neighbour however we are unable to leave parcels without consent unless we have permission to do this from the sender of the parcel. As the sender is APC’s customer, we are contractually bound to comply with their requirements, and to leave a parcel without their permission would leave APC liable for the goods should they be lost or stolen before you retrieve them. Worst horrendous non courier company. Do not touch with a barge pole. Card left and I rang and the man said will be back out afternoon. No one arrived. Emailed 3 times no replies then yesterday afternoon a email saying has been sent back to sender. They only had the item for one working day. Their site says we keep for three working days!! Do not use.

The most unreliable delivery service l have ever had to pay for, from a very reliable and professional supplier. Full off unforgivable promises to call you back, leaving you waiting to expect a delivery, without letting you know they have no intention of delivering important parts needed to put a lorry back on the road the next day. A massive financial loss to us and our customers, an experience l would never believe was possible in this day and age. Just an email or a phone call or a text !! to say sorry we messed up and come clean ! we all make mistakes ! Apc Overnight is not an appropriate name for this company ! !

My plants should have been delived on Tuesday' it is now Thursday with no sign of my delivery. The local APC office assured me I would receive my delivery yesterday. We are in the middle of a heatwave, I don't hold out much hope for my poor plants!

cant track my parcel cant get an answer on there phone service I pay extra from the retailer to get my parce within a specified timescale but yet this mob apc don't have a clue I think in priority or a care just want payers money and give a snide an absolute crappy service the last time I hadn't received a parcel from this mob I had to pay nearly a £10 taxi fee for a parcel that I paid for to be delivered to me on the timescale I paid for instead like I quote above this I had to get a taxi to there depot and even at that I was left waiting nearly over 5 minutes to get my parcel. now am trying to track a parcel and yet there site keeps saying its not found wtf why cant customers see where there parcel is I am being honest and reaching out to others please do not use apc because they are absolutely a bad courier I don't get it why others use them and yet apc faults basically impact all the retailers who use there service to deliver there goods. please maybe can I get a response to my query today 23 rd june 2020 thanks Joe

Parcel collected on Thursday for next day ... on Saturday parcel still waiting to go out from the Cardiff depo Probably won’t deliver as it’s not a Saturday parcel but as your company messed up common sense should have taken over

False tracking info supplied. Lies about delivery being out on van then claims customer arranged redelivery which we did not. No one answers calls at western couriers apc branch. They reply to your emails once then ignore your further queries/complaints. Resulting in my parcel 4 days floating around somewhere in their depot. Disgusting. Would never recommend! Stay clear!

Atrocious. 1. My redelivery yesterday has not arrived. 2. No one at the local depot answers the phone I have tried for 2 days. 3. No one has replied to my email more than 24 hours later. 4. No one at head office answers the phone. 5. I got am initially response to a Facebook message. Added my postcode to the already supplied information. No reply. The silence is resounding! Where is my item? I will likely have to wait until next week to enter this merry-go-round of madness. I will never willingly use your service again!

Paid premium rate for next day business delivery. They apparently tried to deliver on the right day, but didnt leave in a safe place or with a neighbour so I rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, they still did not deliver and didnt leave a card. I phoned and customer service said the driver had "run out of time". Rescheduled for the following day, given the 2 hour slot of 14:00-16:00 - still no delivery. No idea when I will get my package.

Time slot exceeded by nearly 2 hours, so what is the point of providing a time slot? No appology for late delivery from driver. Just not good enough guys!

Shockingly bad service, Firstly the claim to have attempted delivery at a time when two people were in the property but claim we were not in, the website says a card was left but customer service says cards are not being left due to Covid 19 and the the redelivery was due over two hours ago so contacted customer service to be told that as they are busy estimated times are to be ignored, seems this service is run for the benefit of the company and not for the benefit of the customers,
